Checking Accounts

The Southern FCU has three checking accounts to serve the needs of our members. And, with your checking account, you can choose to receive a Visa Check Card or ATM card to access your account.

We also offer two types of overdraft protection:

• Regular Overdraft Protection
• Overdraft Security Privilege.

Checking Plus  Share Rates  | Ask a Question  

• Dividends paid on average daily balances of $1,000 or more
  
• No monthly service fee with an average daily balance of $500 or more; if your balance falls below $500, the monthly fee is only $3.00.
  
• No per check charge
  
• No-fee ATM transactions at TSFCU machines
  
• Three no-fee transactions (from TSFCU) at ATMs of another financial institution (Surcharges may be assessed by the other financial institution)
  
• Overdraft protection available
  
• Monthly statements provided

• For members age 55 and over
  
• No monthly service charge
  
• Dividends paid on average daily balance of $1,000 or more
  
• Unlimited check writing
